We are required by state and local law to collect a 14.45% tax on short term reservations. Massachusetts was one of the last states to implement this tax to mimic hotel taxation. All rentals are subject to an additional 3% transaction fee.

*If your rental dates weekly cross over two different rate periods, your rate will be prorated.
*If by one week before your desired dates we have unfilled openings, we can be flexible on dates less than weekly. Please inquire to be sure.
